IT Support Specialist


We are in urgent need of an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Utena. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. We are open to both Pakistani and English speaking candidates who have experience in IT support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain and update network systems
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes
- Train clients on the use of new technology or software
- Keep track of all technical issues and resolutions in a database

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role
- Knowledge of biometric passport systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
