IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and operations within our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all technology-related processes and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, providing technical support, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of all company technology systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure data security by implementing proper backup procedures and monitoring system activity.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to existing systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network systems, and data security protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Shan (Preference for local candidates)
