Information Technology Manager


The Information Technology Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's technological operations and strategies. They will be responsible for managing the IT team, evaluating and implementing new systems and software, and ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the IT team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members
- Overseeing all IT operations, including hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency
- Evaluating new technologies for potential implementation within the company
- Working closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Budgeting for technology expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in IT management or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of system infrastructure and networking concepts
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ is preferred but not required
- Ability to think strategically and make well-informed decisions
