Sales Manager - Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English (both verbal & written), knowledge of other languages is a plus

Compensation:
