Job Title: Moderator - Online Community Engagement Specialist

Are you a passionate and experienced Moderator looking to join a dynamic online community? Our company is seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark as an Online Community Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content and facilitating positive interactions within our online community.

As the Moderator, you will monitor user activity and enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries, escalating any issues to the appropriate team members, and providing support to the community manager in developing engagement strategies.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should also have experience with online community management platforms and a strong understanding of social media trends. A background in customer service or public relations is preferred.
