Job Title: Junior Software Tester (Aarhus, Denmark)


We are hiring a Junior Software Tester to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Junior Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing software applications and ensuring they meet quality standards. This is a contract position with an initial salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications
- Create test cases and execute them to identify bugs and defects
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document test results and communicate any risks or issues to the development team
- Participate in software design reviews to provide feedback on potential areas of improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA)
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Programming experience in languages such as Java, Python or C++
- ISTQB certification
