Office Manager - Part Time

We are looking for a highly efficient and organized Office Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between all team members.

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport
- Able to work part time with a flexible schedule
- No prior experience necessary
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Comfortable with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee office procedures and administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Support team members with any necessary tasks or projects

Salary: $1300/month (part-time)
Accommodation: Provided if needed
