Junior Data Mining Analyst

The Junior Data Mining Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for our company in Faro. This individual will work closely with the data mining team to support business decisions and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for solving complex problems. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development in the field of data mining.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use data mining tools and techniques to extract insights from the data
- Identify patterns and trends within the data to inform business decisions
- Communicate findings through reports and visualizations
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective data mining strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of data mining tools such as SQL, R or Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Passion for learning new techniques and technologies in data mining

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faro, Portugal (remote work may be considered)
