Civil Engineer (Oslo, Norway)



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing various construction projects, including roads, bridges and buildings. You will work closely with architects and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and planning construction projects
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates
- Completing detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure quality workmanship
- Collaborating with architects, surveyors, and other engineers
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Managing project budgets and schedules

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
