Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural design process of various projects within our firm. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure that all designs meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural design process for multiple projects concurrently
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Work closely with project teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for each project
- Monitor progress throughout each phase of the project to ensure timelines are being met
- Conduct quality control checks on design plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external partners involved in the design process
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on your team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or management role
- Knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members from various backgrounds
- Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams through complex projects
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work
Salary:
This is a contract position paying a salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen but remote work options may be available.
