Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction processes of various architectural projects in Bergen. Your main goal will be to ensure that each project is completed within budget and on schedule while meeting all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Supervise and guide the work of architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review and approve designs, plans, and specifications for projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Oversee project budget and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes/regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD software or other architectural design programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Location: Bergen (accommodation provided)

This full-time position is open for both students looking for part-time work during their studies. A biometric passport is required for international applicants.
