Finisher for Men's Garment Production in Alta, Norway



We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Finisher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our men's garment production. This position requires experience and expertise in finishing techniques for men's clothing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare garments for finishing by removing any basting stitches, pins, or other temporary fastenings
- Operate pressing equipment to remove wrinkles and creases from garments
- Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy according to production standards
- Use hand tools such as scissors, seam rippers, and thread nippers to trim threads and make minor repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate any issues or concerns with garments to the production team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finisher in men's garment production
- Extensive knowledge of finishing techniques for men's clothing including pressing, steaming, trimming, and minor repairs
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Team player with excellent communication skills
