Job Title: Excavator Operator


We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment in construction and excavation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes, to complete excavation projects
- Follow project plans and blueprints to determine project specifications
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions promptly
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Communicate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage, maintenance activities, and project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction or excavation setting
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
Salary for this position is $900 per month.
