Job Title: Online Tutor (English)

As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to students of all ages and backgrounds. You will develop lesson plans and materials, deliver engaging and interactive lessons, and assess student progress. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and materials based on student needs
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons via video conferencing
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other tutors to share ideas and best practices

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in English or Education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Strong communication skills
- Patient and adaptable teaching style

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Oslo, Norway (remote position)

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years experience teaching ESL
