Senior Architect - Contract Position in Copenhagen


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Copenhagen on a contract basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all quality and safety standards. This is an urgent role with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with team members to develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations
- Oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

The position is based in Copenhagen.
