Preservation Architect - Faisalabad, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, while ensuring they meet modern safety and functionality standards. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and preservation needs
- Developing preservation plans that address structural stability, aesthetic considerations, and historical significance
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation work is done accurately and efficiently
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for preservation projects
- Overseeing the implementation of preservation plans, including managing budgets and timelines
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure the preservation work meets quality standards
- Providing recommendations for ongoing maintenance and repairs to preserve the integrity of historic buildings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of historical architectural styles, materials, and construction techniques
- Experience working with local regulations and building codes related to historic preservation
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
