Entry-Level Barista


We are hiring an entry-level Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Kolding. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee drinks to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and eager to learn the art of being a Barista.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and tables
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety standards are met
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques

Requirements:
- No prior experience as a Barista is required, but a passion for coffee is essential
- Must have excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from senior staff members
- High school diploma or equivalent education required

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. As an entry-level position, no accommodation is provided. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business but will include weekends.
