As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duties will include operating equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and following project plans and specifications. You will also be responsible for inspecting equipment before each use to ensure it is in proper working condition.

To excel in this role, you should have experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid equipment operator license. You must also have a strong understanding of workplace safety rules and regulations as well as the ability to read and interpret project plans. Good communication skills are essential as you will be required to work closely with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, cranes, and loaders
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks
- Inspect equipment before each use to ensure it is in safe operating condition
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, greasing, and replacing worn parts
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively
- Complete work in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid equipment operator license
- Ability to read and interpret project plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of workplace safety rules and regulations
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Herzliya, Israel (willingness to relocate preferred)
