Responsibilities:

- Mix plaster materials according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster using trowels, brushes, or sprayers

- Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster surfaces
- Follow safety procedures when working with scaffolding or ladders
- Clean up job site after completing work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer in residential and commercial buildings
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and working on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail for creating smooth finishes and decorative designs
- Good communication skills for collaborating with other team members and clients
