Architectural Designer (Lisbon)



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Lisbon. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects, including residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts accordingly
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed architectural plans
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.
