We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades for both residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and physical dexterity. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, making this an ideal job for students or those looking to enter the facade profession. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific areas
- Seal joints and seams to prevent water leaks
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the finished product

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical fitness and dexterity to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry or facade installation
- Familiarity with different types of facade materials
- Basic understanding of safety protocols
- Valid driver's license
