Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades to ensure they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Your main duties will include inspecting and assessing the condition of facades, identifying and troubleshooting any issues, and performing necessary repairs using various tools and techniques. You will also be responsible for keeping detailed records of work completed and materials used.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and safety protocols. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify potential issues and provide effective solutions. Previous experience in facade maintenance or construction is preferred.

This is a physically demanding role that may require working at heights or in confined spaces. Therefore, you should be comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding and have good physical stamina. Additionally, you must adhere to all safety regulations at all times.
