Administrative Assistant
We are a growing company in need of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
-Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
-Greeting visitors and directing them to their appointments
-Maintaining office supplies and ordering when necessary
-Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
-Assisting with travel arrangements for team members
-Preparing memos, correspondence, and reports as needed
-Handling incoming and outgoing mail
-Filing and organizing documents both physically and digitally
-Monitoring office expenses and keeping track of receipts for reimbursement
Requirements:
-Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
-Fluent in English (spoken & written)
-Prior experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred
-Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency
-Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
