Intermediate Architectural Technologist in Los Angeles, USA


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, producing detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design software, and ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the design and development of architectural projects
- Producing detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design software
- Conducting site visits to gather measurements and information
- Collaborating with architects and other team members to create innovative designs
- Ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conducting research on new materials, building techniques, and technologies
- Preparing presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Managing project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other computer-aided design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Los Angeles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects is required

Salary:
$1600 per month
