We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review project plans to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Make necessary revisions to plans based on feedback from architects or clients
- Keep up-to-date with new technology, materials, and construction methods in the field of architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant programs such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification process
- Familiarity with BIM technology
