Job Title: Merchandiser - Funchal, Portugal



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Merchandiser in Funchal, Portugal. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in the most appealing and effective manner to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays according to company standards and guidelines
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times
- Monitor sales trends and adjust merchandise accordingly
- Collaborate with store managers to plan promotions and special displays
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product presentation and make necessary adjustments
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product placement is optimized
- Train store staff on product knowledge, placement, and merchandising techniques
- Assist in developing new merchandising strategies for upcoming seasons or promotions
- Report on sales performance, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns regarding product presentation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: 1400$ per month (with accommodation included)
