Part-time Team Lead in Monte-Carlo



We are currently seeking a part-time Team Lead to join our team in Monte-Carlo. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees to achieve company goals
- Train and develop team members to improve performance
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure understanding of goals and expectations
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional teamwork
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities
- Strong understanding of team dynamics and strategies for motivating employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule will be determined based on the needs of the company.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate should be able to commute to the office without accommodation.
