Architectural Technologist

We are searching for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lahore. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and structures. Your main duties will include creating detailed technical drawings, conducting site visits and surveys, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in architectural technology. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is also required. You should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed designs for buildings and structures
- Create technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
