Architectural Technologist (Contract, Lahore)

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Lahore. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and other professionals to design and develop construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to design and develop construction projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design software (CAD)
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Additional Requirements:
This is a contract position, therefore previous experience is not required. However, candidates with previous experience will be given preference.
We offer accommodation for out-of-city candidates who require it during the duration of their contract.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Lahore but may require occasional travel within the city for site visits. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who have the necessary qualifications.
