Online Consultant


We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide guidance on product or service offerings, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This is a remote position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own visa and be able to work from home.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat or social media
- Provide accurate information about our products or services to customers
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and assist with any technical issues they may encounter
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with online platforms such as social media, email and chat applications
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and the internet
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This is a remote position based in Khanpur. Candidates must have their own visa.
