We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As our Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our computer networks and systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will also be involved in troubleshooting any network or system issues that may arise, as well as implementing security measures to protect our data.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install and maintain operating systems on servers and workstations
- Implement security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
- Backup and restore data when necessary
- Provide technical support to users regarding network and system issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
