Requirements:
- Prior experience as a crane operator is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of crane operations and safety procedures
- Valid crane operator license or certification
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes according to job specifications
- Inspect cranes before each use for any defects or malfunctions
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times during crane operation
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and other team members during lifts
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily tasks, including lift logs, maintenance reports, and inspection records
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to crane operation
