Hotel Sales Manager


As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Vejle. You will be in charge of developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and creating effective sales strategies to meet targets. Your role will require strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities. You should have previous experience in hotel sales or a related field, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, including free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and client referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to showcase hotel offerings
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure bookings
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Knowledge of local language (Danish) is an advantage but not required
