Formwork Technician



A leading construction company based in Kaunas is seeking a skilled Formwork Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of formwork systems, ensuring they are sturdy and safe for use on construction sites. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that all formwork is installed correctly and according to the project specifications.

Key responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction drawings to determine formwork requirements
- Assemble and disassemble formwork systems according to project specifications
- Ensure all formwork is level, plumb, and secure
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fasten materials
- Collaborate with the construction team to plan and execute formwork installations
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working on-site
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot any issues with formwork installations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of various types of formwork systems such as Doka, Peri, or Meva
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Good physical stamina as this job requires heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
