Rental Coordinator
As a Rental Coordinator at our rental company in Nakuru, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship. We are specifically seeking Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
Your main responsibilities will include managing rental bookings, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating pick-up and drop-off of rental vehicles, and ensuring proper documentation is completed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of rental agreements and payments, as well as monitoring the condition of rental vehicles.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the rental industry, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. You must also be able to work well under pressure and have a customer service-oriented mindset. A valid driver's license and knowledge of local roads are required.
