Commercial Architect

Our architecture firm in the US is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, selecting appropriate materials and finishes, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are followed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. You must also have strong technical skills, including knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential in order to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per week. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the US.
