Experienced Glazier in Porto, Portugal


We are in need of an experienced Glazier to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, installing, and replacing glass and other materials on various structures, such as buildings, windows, and doors.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Glazier
- Proficiency in measuring and cutting glass to fit specific shapes and sizes
- Ability to install different types of glass including tempered, laminated, and insulated glass
- Skilled in using glazing tools such as cutters, saws, drills, and grinders
- Knowledgeable in safety procedures and precautions when working with glass materials
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and cut glass according to specifications
- Install glass panes onto frames using different glazing techniques
- Replace broken or damaged glass on buildings or vehicles
- Fit glass into frames using putty or other sealing materials
- Prepare work areas by removing old or broken glass and cleaning surfaces
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times
- Communicate with clients to determine their glazing needs

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
