Computer Support Specialist


We are a dynamic and growing IT company based in Kolding, seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and set up new equipment. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions, as well as communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong knowledge of computer systems and networks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Set up new computer equipment for clients
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows and MacOS
- Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools is preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
