We are a rapidly growing tech company based in Africa and we are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality mobile applications for our clients. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Android Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java and the Android SDK
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications for Android devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
- Continuously evaluate new technologies to improve application development
- Write clean, efficient code while adhering to coding standards
- Conduct thorough testing of applications before release
