Foundry Technician

As a Foundry Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process of cast metal products. Your main responsibilities will include operating and maintaining foundry equipment, pouring molten metal into molds, and performing quality control checks on finished products. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues with the equipment and making necessary adjustments to ensure the production process runs smoothly.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience working in a foundry setting and possess strong technical skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional training or certification in foundry operations is preferred. You must also have good physical stamina as this job involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a hot environment.

Located in Mombasa, our foundry offers competitive salaries starting at $1100 USD per month, along with accommodation for employees who prefer it. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge of African foundries.
