Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with project teams and ensure the timely completion of projects within budget and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and budgets and monitor progress
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Manage resources effectively to meet project goals
- Oversee quality control and ensure timely completion of projects
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and changes
- Provide regular reports to upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
