Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Horsens, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets all necessary requirements and standards. Your primary duties will include creating project plans, allocating resources, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring that all safety regulations are met. You will also be responsible for communicating progress to all stakeholders and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management and a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to lead and motivate team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
