Job Title: Handyman - Kolding, Denmark


A reputable company in Kolding is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on our residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other minor repairs as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged furniture.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Complete minor repairs such as patching drywall, painting walls and ceilings, and fixing doors and windows.
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed.
- Keep the property clean and tidy by removing trash, sweeping floors, and maintaining outdoor areas.
- Maintain records of completed work orders and report any major repairs or issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other repair techniques.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants or clients.
- Must have a valid biometric passport (preferred).
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules or tasks.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation. The salary may vary depending on experience.
