Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician



Our company, located in Kolding, is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an urgent position that requires someone who can work efficiently and independently to maintain and repair various properties.

As a Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on both residential and commercial properties. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general handyman duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing leaks, fixing locks, etc.
- Perform repairs on appliances, furniture, and other equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing systems
- Conduct electrical repairs including replacing outlets or light fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, walls, etc.
- Paint walls and perform touch-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate with property owners/managers to provide updates on maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and plumbing techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Own transportation preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
