Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Contract)
As a Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant in Acre, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule staff according to business needs
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Manage budget and control operating costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menus and maintain food quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team and provide effective training and guidance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
