We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Acre. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring high quality food and service to our customers. This is a temporary position, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and have strong communication skills
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant is preferred
- Valid work visa for Israel is required for non-Israeli citizens
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- No prior experience necessary, but must have a passion for the food industry and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, inventory, ordering supplies, and customer service
- Train new staff on company policies and procedures, ensuring high quality service standards are met
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll expenses within budget constraints
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
