A reputable company in Gujrat is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to reach targets
- Monitor market trends and identify potential new markets for business expansion
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge and effective sales techniques
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Salary:
