Entry-Level Mason (Contract Position)


We are seeking an Entry-Level Mason to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Contract Mason, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and repair of various structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in the masonry field to gain valuable skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced masons in constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, chimneys, and other structures
- Mix mortar and prepare materials for use in construction
- Cut or break bricks or concrete blocks to required sizes using hand tools or power tools
- Use levels, rulers, plumb bobs, and other tools to ensure accuracy of work
- Clean work area and tools after completing projects

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must have basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
