Merchandiser Supervisor


As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising of products in retail stores. You will work closely with store managers and merchandisers to ensure that products are displayed and promoted in an appealing and effective manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of merchandisers
- Develop and implement strategies for displaying and promoting products
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are restocked as needed
- Monitor sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Communicate regularly with store managers to gather feedback on product placement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create eye-catching displays and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product placement and display
- Identify areas for improvement in the merchandising process and implement solutions

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a merchandiser or in a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for product placement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Os, a city known for its beautiful scenery, rich history, and vibrant culture. While it is preferred that the candidate is from Os or nearby areas, nationality or location is not a strict requirement.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time job with regular working hours. The employee will also be provided with accommodation.
