Entry Level Software Tester

As an Entry Level Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing software applications and ensuring they meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in starting their career in software testing. Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs and issues in software
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Create test plans and test cases based on software requirements
- Report and track defects using bug tracking systems
- Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on code quality
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faroe Islands (accommodation not provided)

Contract Type: Full-time, entry level position
